Here are some of the questions that we receive most often. If you still have something you’d like to know, don’t hesitate to contact us for more details, and we will do our best to help you get all the information you need.
Do I need a reservation for the experience?
Reservations are not required but recommended if you are visiting GJ Candle Company LLC, or if you have a group of 4 or more people. Reservations can also be made by calling the store at 910-304-1071. If you are more than 10 mins late, your seats will be made available to walk-in guests.
How do I maintain my candle?
Please refer to our candle care instructions.
Are your candles clean burning?
Our candles are made with hand poured soy blend wax, cotton wicks, wood wicks, and premium essential oils for a clean burning candle. Burn times are usually 40-60 hours. Our candles are free from heavy metals, parabens, or other contaminates.
How long does it take to process orders?
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends or state, local, or federal holidays.
Do you offer flameless options?
Yes. We offer wax melts and car air fresheners (coming soon).
