SHIPPING

All orders ship from our store located in Dunn, NC.

Most orders will ship between 1-4 business days after an order is placed. Some products are made to order and require more time. The majority of our orders ship via USPS or UPS and arrive within 1-3 business days. On occasion, we will ship larger orders via FedEx or UPS. Orders shipped via UPS/FedEx typically arrive within 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your items have left our store.

DAMAGES

If any part or all of your order is damaged during shipment, please email gracesjoy2003@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our team will be in contact with you.

Products and Purchases

FULL-PRICE RETAIL ITEMS

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and your purchases from our site! If there is any reason you are not totally satisfied with your online purchase, we're happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 7 days of your delivery date. You may also exchange your product for another product of the same price and size within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned and exchanged items.

SALE RETAIL ITEMS

All sale products are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
